Dr. Frances Lee is the Director of Instructional Operations, Clinical Effectiveness and Patient Safety for Health Sciences South Carolina for Economic Excellence, Medical University of South Carolina. She received her Master of Business Administration from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina and received her Doctor of Business Administration Major- Information Systems from the University of Florida, Sarasota, Florida. She has authored and co-authored multiple articles, abstracts and book chapters for state and national publications.
